This area of the Santa Rosa law firm’s practice is headed up by “Mr. Non-Profit” himself, John R. O’Brien. Aside from having been President or Chairman of the Board of numerous not-for-profit organizations in Sonoma County and being the largest individual fundraiser for the Volunteer Center’s “Human Race” (more than $400,000 so far), John represents a multitude of non-profit groups or organizations. He does everything from setting up the non-profit as a corporation to advising its officers and directors. There is no one else in the area with his level of experience.
