The Sonoma County law firm provides legal services to the banking industry and has represented a number of banks over the years as well as handled major litigation involving so-called “lender liability” cases and a failed savings and loan case in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California (In Re Centennial Savings & Loan). These banks have included National Bank of the Redwoods (NBR), which was bought by WestAmerica Bank and Clearlake National Bank (later First Counties Bank), also purchased by West America Bank.
